i'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not with the "Twice!". Anyway, i'd call Poa obscure aswell for example.
Well, semi-sarcastic. But honestly, with as many times as many of us have watched the OT, Admiral Piett should be almost a "household name", so to speak.
I'm assuming you mean Pao. He's named once, briefly. And not in a terribly memorable scene, like Piett. And in a spin-off movie, decades later.
Regardless, Piett is obscure, but somewhat memorable.
