Remove half the teams having TM Trains.

NOT EVERY GOD DAM TEAM IN THIS STUPID GAME NEEDS TM TRAINS. It used to be special to certain teams not BH with the boba fdc TM train. Pirates TM train. BB tm train. that is. Like remove the TM trains except the core teams that used it to get ahead it is not a good design just more reason for ppl to never give you another penny and quit.
