Admiral Raddus Bug in GAC

Hi Community,

anyone else facing issues with Admiral Raddus Ultimate? After reaching 100% upload the ultimate skill was still locked. This bug killed my current grant arena match. 
 I’m curious if I’m the only one with this problem…
