Attacks and Abilities

Basic: Do We Have A Choice?
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and inflict Tenacity Down for 2 turns. If the target already had Tenacity Down, inflict Tenacity Down on all enemies for 2 turns.

If any version of Cassian Andor is present, Melshi gains 10% Turn Meter whenever this ability is used out of turn.

Special 1: Make 10 Men Feel Like 100 (Cooldown: 4)
Deal Physical damage to target enemy and call all Rebel Fighter allies to assist, dealing 10% more damage. For each defeated ally, assisting Rebel Fighter allies deal 10% more damage.

If the target enemy is defeated or is Empire, grant all non-Jedi and non-Clone Rebel Fighter allies 50% Turn Meter and Advantage for 1 turn, which can't be Dispelled.

Special 2: Light It Up (Cooldown: 3)
Inflict all enemies with a Thermal Detonator for each Debuff inflicted on them which can't be Evaded or Resisted if Melshi is under Stealth. If an enemy has no Debuffs, they are instead inflicted with all copyable Debuffs inflicted on all other enemies which can't be Evaded or Resisted. When these Thermal Detonators expire, inflict the enemy with Daze and Burning for 2 turns.

Melshi has +40% Max Health and +20 Speed. At the start of battle and at the end of Melshi's turns, he gains Stealth for 1 turn. Whenever Melshi attacks out of turn while he has Stealth, he loses Stealth and 20% Health and Protection and gains 10% Offense (stacking) until the end of the encounter.

If any version of Cassian Andor is present, Melshi inflicts all enemies with Buff Immunity, Daze, and Defense Down for 2 turns at the start of battle, which can't be Evaded or Resisted.
