Man... I feel for ya! I honestly come to the official forums mostly out of morbid curiosity to see what they'll do next when dealing with customers.
Each one of your points IS VALID considering they lost a paying customer and these points are the reason why.
Hopefully someone with an ounce of sense will read it from that perspective.
