Find it any way you like, I'm in a pure f2p guild, 2*50 people and talking from that sample how far it stretches.
Bear in mind that's a claim on the highest value and not how many g13s people have on average. i.e. 10/50 in my segment doesn't have a single g13, 18 have 5+.
