Smugglers Run 3 relic 9 teir..........?

Is there in info on a release date? Its the resource event we all wanted.........right, but we never got it or even a wiff of it. All these things are being added and changed and im here with a relic 9 PKH for months doing a relic 3 tier event. Shoot you even released the rewards for the R9 tier as it was dropping, but then crickets.  Did I miss something?
