It’s disgusting that you have done such an action to someone that is promoting you game. Someone who has dedicated time and money into your game and yet you have given him the finger by blocking his account.
You seem to be happy to take everyone es money give us lack lustre content and play of Galactic ledgends as an amazing event when they have failed and there has been nothing to do on this game for months now. Stay and play.... surely this should be the new norm for this game!
How can you expect your community to grow and want to play your game when you ban the one player promoting this game time and time again.
When you had the Malak issues I earnt Malak to 7 stars and when you did the roll back you rolled me back to far. Your customer service is as useful as a chocolate tea pot and I lost GET currency and around £200 in gear that never got refunded!!!
Unblock this account as this is unfair if this continues you’ll loose your player base!!! How can you expect new players as well as current players to be part of a fun community. Sort out your attitude to YouTube streamer otherwise you’ll loose your player base!
