Ahsoka Tano rework.

She doesn't need a full rework--just her leader ability, which is ridiculous. One of her issues is that at this current level cap her gear tops out at 10 +1 scanner. There's about a dozen other toons who top out at 11 and the average toon still tops out with three or four pieces more than her. This gives her I think the lowest base power in the game at level 80.

One thing I do hope they do going forward is fix her leader ability. Get rid of the ridiculous double tap with Old Ben and give her something unique. The other thing I hope they do is give her gear on the road from 80 to 90 that will increase her base speed 10-15 points.
