Banned for beating tier 7 Coliseum SWGOH?

There has been a few posts about people getting banned after beating tier 7. Luckily I don't have to worry about it happening to me I never get good runs

It's happened to quite a few people, don't worry they'll get round to unbanning you at some point.

That's unfortunate, but it has happened to some others too. Just keep appealing/messaging support, and they will very likely resolve the case within like a week max. From what I've read so far, almost everyone got unbanned for this.

It's mind-boggling that this is still happening. Not a word about this in their "key QOL updates" about Eras.

I just submitted two appeals apparently some people had their accounts unbanned after 90 hours

Just got banned for same thing yesterday, I have open ticket with them to fix, no resolution yet

Just another lack of quality concern by whoever is in charge at CG.  Weak and rubbish "fix" that auto-bans because why?  The leadership aren't concerned with putting the time in for quality, they just want quantity.  As long as players are spending money, everything else is low priority.

Game breaks?  don't care, pay me.  Bugs causing you to lose?  don't care, pay me.  Buttons went missing again?  don't care, pay me.  Got banned by lazy coding in a rubbish system?  shut up and spend more money.  Gotta spend time and resources on datacrons every month now?  don't care, buy more datacrons.

It's like you're trying to cash in this last year to get all the money you can out of players before you just turn it off.

Once Vader dropped, it appeared the ban rate increased as the AI watchdog went into overdrive banning people who beat the throttling CG applied to Coliseum.  It's a real issue that CG_Meathead​ should address as the community spokesperson and what EA/CG is doing to fix the problem.  I for one, am scarred to death to even do my one daily attempt for fear of doing too well and getting a ban.  SO what is EA/CG doing to fix the over sensitive AI and alleviating the players fears?  This has now been documented here, reddit, Facebook, discord, and several Influencers have covered it.  Once the trust in the game is eroded, CG is not getting it back

Is there anything else I can do?
