Ahsoka Tano(Fulcrum) Jedi-Not Jedi

Ahsoka doesn't think of herself as a jedi. Kanan had that little moment where Yoda talked in his head and called him a jedi knight. Ahsoka never reconciled with the order.

Because the devs don't give a character every tag they have ever had (except in the case of R2) otherwise they should technically make Darth Vader have a Jedi tag, because he used to be a jedi.

Kanan never stopped identifying as a Jedi. He merely went into hiding after most of the order was murdered.
He even attained the rank of Jedi Knight, as recognized by Yoda, once he opened himself back up to the Force. Kanan is and thinks of himself as a Jedi.

Meanwhile, Ahsoka, after being betrayed by her best friend and falsely accused of treason, willingly chose to leave the Jedi order when Mace went, "Sorry 'bout that; have a promotion." Ahsoka chose to no longer be a Jedi. Then she hopped around the universe for a while in hiding until she became a Rebellion spy.
