They're not forcing players to do anything and i personally kinda like the fact that raids and now this TB will shake up guilds.
That you think it's bad desig, i mean BAD DESIGN, doesn't make it true. It serves a purpose. You don't have to like it though. It definately sucks if your guild is losing members because you can't best new content in a timely fashion.
