No, I mean I don't like them deciding what's best for me and my guildmates. My guildmates and I should make that decision. We don't need babysitters. We are adults and can make our own decisions.
There is no point to a restriction. If we can't get a single star, then we won't get any uber coveted rewards and we'll go back to Hoth with our heads hung low. But if we are able to get one or more stars, then we can decide as a guild what will serve the guild best. That should be our decision to make, not Nanny CG.
