All-in for Jyn Erso or no?

I am No 1 in my relatively young shard arena where only 3 players made it to Lvl 85 so would be interested to know which devastating meta teams you refer to. Since I run Chaze Wiggs and Jyn nobody can touch me despite the fact that Chirrut and Jyn are 5* so for our arena this is meta. Before adding Chirrut and Jyn to the team 4 other rebel teams could beat me and occasionally even the droids.

Obvious meta team is GK jedi team but nobody in my shard has GK yet. I have beaten GK teams couple of times in GW and one team had 80K HP and 240 speed GK. However I did loose two times against GK in last tournament so understand that I need to get GK urgently. I would say that any dark side team does not stand a chance against either rebels or jedi so would exclude them from meta. Clones can hit hard but still not hard enough to beat the rebels or jedi.

My team is Wiggs, Chaze and GK. My point really is that Chaze is making your team shine, not Jyn. You could sub Jyn out for Shore, or B2, or a number of other options and hold pretty much the same. Another crazy meta team is the flavour of the month Barriss zeta, especially if you have GK. Or Vader zeta, which counters it, even Maul's zeta performs very well.

Jyn is not bad but I'm not seeing her used in top level arenas on older shards, I don't see her as necessary for arena performance. I couldn't find a place for her in my top 3 squads.

I get your point but perhaps I am in a very specific situation where only Jyn helps. My only real opponent in arena is extremely fast - QGJ +118 speed and Biggs +104 speed. Without Jyn I got stuck waisting Biggs's triple shot on Baze, which in turn meant I loose like 40-50% of the time. With Jyn +102 speed I get to go first and call Baze to debuff other Baze's taunt, then my biggs gets to shoot at Wedge and kills him. Result: I win 100% of the time.

True, in every arena there's a specific bunch of circumstances you have to counter.

I have a guy on my shard who runs a fast Asajj (who gets +15 speed for every unbuffed enemy, such as the start of the match) just to dispel the pre-taunt from Baze (or Shore). On the other hand, Asajj is then dead weight for the rest of the match.
