how do you have the inside to track to Lucas mind? Your "deductive" reasoning is weak at best, saying "why else would he have done it"? why else? Because it is(was) his Universe, why can't he do what ever he likes.

BUT because YOU don't agree with what his choice was, then everyone else is wrong. So YOU are the one that is demanding that it be one way and no other way. YOU are the one that can not play well with others here. YOU are the one that is pitching a fit, from some elitist self important position. I didn't insult you with name calling. I called a spade a spade with your whining. if you can't live with that, that's on you. if you can't see that you are being silly, whining over an imaginary universe that you had NOTHING to do with the creation of, then maybe you really need to examine that.

And the passive/aggressive "some people should be ignored" is ridiculous too. Getting one more post in to tell me you are going to ignore me? come on man. If me saying "you realize it make believe" and "how dare he change his own story" made you this upset...jezz man...I feel for you.

I agree it's dumb that George discarded some stuff or altered things, but it happens all the time with any story line when trying to adapt it to the screen (tv or movie). it is what it is. And maybe EA/CG will follow the EU, they don't seem to be bound to Canon anyway.
