I don't want to be harsh, but it's to plain, especially correlation between two specials reminds Darth Nihilu's mechanic. And creating Sith Eternal tag not worth creating some nonames we've seen for few secs in the move, it's easier to give sith leader bonuses instead. Maybe advantage and offense up
plus, I think, killing off "unusable allies" is even more crucial for him. (some morale boost, TM, bonus turn, permanent offense increase, etc)

P.S. is some Xyston-Class Star Destroyer Strike that we haven't seen better then cool 'termination' we've seen when he kills Hux off?
