Or develop the mentality of "It's a game and is not more important than time away, time spent with family, etc. If I fall behind..WHO CARES!!!". The thought process of "I have to play, I have to win, I must, I must" just shows a deeper and more harmful mindset. Best thing I ever did was play other games and set limits. 8pm off the computer and enjoy the holiday.
