Another bug in the Malak „solution“?

I’ve heard that prior character shard rollbacks also retained mods. They probably can’t rollback mod progress, and they couldnt really strip Malaks of the mods as there will be volumes of players that cannot replace them. This is supposed to be compensation for loss due to a bug, not to revert players further back than they were before the errant event. As for gear, I wasn’t able to put back as much as a previous poster (can’t equip the stun gun mentioned above).
