TL;DR refer to title. I'm patient for shards, i'm patient for grinding insane amounts of gear at low drop rates but I cannot be patient any further than that and especially for something as mundan...

If you just need more credits do profit mining. At level 80 you get at least 10K a time, and up to 30K. I do those a lot and it really helps me out. Do it ten times and you get at least 100K. You can easily do it ten times or so a day. Then in ten days you have enough credits to 7 star a character. Also if you really need credits spend your crystal on getting credits. You could probably get around 300K a day if you did this with the profit mining.
