Any official statement about current situation?

Okey, I have family of cheaters in top squad arena and top fleet arena... Provided screenshoots with hilarious 4 GL in 3 weeks guy etc. yet they still play and ruin our game experience.
Its so funny that they reacted so fast on disappearing mods but in more serious matter its still silence even after CC publicise this case (free crystals, any character etc.)

We, honest players lose on rewards everyday... CG fixed easy stuff and sent ppl 2k crystals as compensation. I dont expect any compensation but CG its time to start working already and clean up this mess.
