Any suggestion on how to beat JTR Tier 5?

Gear up.

I used:
zFinn (L) - 82, g8.3, 5/max/max/max
ScavRey - 70, g8.2, 5/6/6/6
BB8 - 51, g7.4, 3/3/3/3/3
VHan - 62, g7.3, 3/3/3/3
VChew - 60, g7.4, 3/3/3/3

The key if you have zFinn is to chain expose/stuns. But make sure that you don't expose-stun a char before the FOST goes and taunts. Also, where possible take out FOTP/damage dealers first, and stun riot trooper.

Edit: Also, chewie's special dispels taunt and stuns so save it for FOST or someone you need to stun.

This makes no sense since there is only one toon in the Finn, Rey, Chewie set of toons that has an expose, and that's on Finn's special, which itself has a cooldown of 3. Perhaps Finn's zeta makes it that easy that you could do it with such ridiculously low gear.

Higher gear or awesome mods on the low-gear toons.

Personally, all I used zFinn's expose special for was to reduce Rey's cooldowns. She was my main damage dealer and the first few times I tried tier 5 I wasn't able to get into wave 3 without having both of her specials on cooldown. After I worked on Chewie's mods a bit to give him a bit more protection, I was able to get through the tier.
