Cant beat Tier 8 cant DOT on CLS
I am trying tier 8 with a relic 3 Vader and all zetas why can’t I land a single DOT on CLS??? I know he should technically be relic 5 but relics don’t increase potency so what’s the deal. Yes I have potency mods

Vader*- 53% isn't great. As someone said, CLS gets increased tenacity in defense stance. My 95% potency Vader has no trouble landing debuffs (except for the base 15% resist chance).
