Anybody else get 16k crystals?

Guild mate shared a picture receiving 16k crystals with the sorry for the inconvenience you may have incurred bologna. Anybody else receive this?

He only got 16k crystals? They sent me 32k. Your guildmate should complain and let them know that they only sent him half of the crystals that everybody's supposed to get.
