Anyone else not receive the Free Cere Pack?

It is not available in the game store, only in the Web store.

That's odd, because I received the Cal one in-game

You may be misremembering. You had to claim the pack in the web store - although of course it then landed in your in tray in game

Edit: some other posters mentioned getting the pack in game so possibly it was different for different territories or operating systems - for me, in UK on iPhone, I had to go via the web store

Cal was available in game, I think it was via a pop-up only though.

Cal is the only character that was given through the game. Because you need to develop an online store. And if you don’t have it tied, then you won’t get more free shards. Like most players who are used to getting characters in the game. And the developers are not going to pay compensation for the transition to the store.

Add free new character shards to the in-game store. Who wants to pick up in the online store.

This is just not going to happen. If a player can access the web store then CG are going to make you go there to get your freebies. Not saying I like it, but I can understand why 100%

First thing I do every morning is grab my free pack from the web store. Not that big a deal.
