apparently my account is screwed
upgraded my tablet to marshmellow (android) and went login and i had get thru the beinning of the game ok did that but now there no "sign into google play" option at all and im lvl 13 i even cleardcas...

Similar thing happened to me once because after install I accidentally put my age as 7 or something. Anything less than 18 (I think) and it won't let you use your google play account.
Try reinstalling and make sure you pay attention to anything asking how old you are. I don't remember if I had to uninstall/reinstall SWGOH only, or the whole OS on the phone.
