Agent Callus Character Kit Concept
Inspiration: Agent Alexander Callus is a minor villain in the first and second seasons of "Star Wars: Rebels". He mainly tried to liquidate the Phoenix team. In the series, he is shown as a great fighter and leader, able to survive anywhere.
Key Attributes:
-Good leader for Empire, the best leader for Imperial troopers.
-Inflicts a large number of debuffs, does not spare the rebels and his turn comes very often.
-New effect Predictable allows you to ignore tanks with Taunt and calmly attack enemies with Stealth, while they will not hit your squad.

BASIC: J-19 Bo-rifle
Deal Physical damage to target enemy. If it is Agent Callus's turn inflict 2 stacks of Predictable (max 8) for the rest of the battle, which can’t be copied or resisted. If enemy target is Rebel, this attack deals 30% more damage. If enemy target had full Health or Defense at the start of this attack, attack again, which can’t be evaded (max 2 attacks total). If he deals at least 2 instances of damage, dispel all buffs on target enemy. If the Agent Callus has Empire allies, then inflicts Healing Immunity for 1 turn.
Predictable: can’t gain Taunt or Stealth, -10% Accuracy per stack. Is not a debuff.
SPECIAL 1: Planned Undermine (CD=4) (Omicron)
Deal special damage to all enemies and calls other target ally to assist. All enemies gain Burning, Stagger and Expose for 2 turns. If all other allies are Empire, then all enemies gains 2 stacks of Predictable for the rest of the battle. If the enemy already had Predictable with 20% chance inflict stun for 1 turn. This attack deals double damage to Rebel enemies. This attack can’t be countered.
While in Grand Arenas: Inflict Burning, Stagger and Expose for 3 turns. Then deal True damage to all enemies split among them. Dispel all buffs on all enemies and reduces their Defense by 10% (max 50%) for the rest of the battle. If in start of battle all other allies was Imperial Trooper, then remove 50% Turn Meter from all enemies.
SPECIAL 2: No mercy for you (CD=4) (Omicron) (Unlocks at Gear Level 6)
Agent Callus dispel all debuffs on himself and consume up all stack of Predictable on target enemy. Then, deal Special damage to target enemy three times, dealing 25% more damage for each living Empire ally. For each stack of Predictable consumed this way after the first, Agent Callus recovers 10% Health.
1+ stack consumed: Inflict Expose and Daze for 3 turns.
3+ stacks consumed: Inflict Ability Block for 3 turns. If the target had 50% Turn Meter or more, they are also removes 50% Turn Meter.
5+ stacks consumed: Inflict Stun for 1 turn and Shock for 3 turns.
8 stacks consumed: Inflict 2 stacks of Armor Shred for the rest of the battle. Agent Callus gain 100% Turn Meter.
These debuffs cannot be resisted by Rebel enemies.
While in Grand Arenas and there are no Galactic Legend allies: Debuffs, inflicted by this ability can’t be dispelled. This ability has +200% Defense Penetration. This attack can’t be evaded.
LEADER: Empire’s Ideals (Zeta+Omicron) (Unlocks at Gear Level 2)
Empire allies gain 15% Offence, 10% Tenacity and 10% Speed (Imperial Trooper allies gain twice as much). When enemy gain stack of Predictable, then all Imperial Trooper allies gain Advantage for 2 turns.
In start of battle: All Empire allies gain Retribution and 30% Bonus protection (Ally tanks gain double Bonus protection) for 3 turns. Ally tanks also gain Taunt for 4 turns, which can’t be dispelled. All Rebel enemies gain 1 stack of Predictable for the rest of the battle. All enemies gain Daze and Offence Down for 2 turns? which can't be resisted.
While in Grand Arenas: All Imperial Trooper allies immune to Daze, Cooldown Manipulation and Instant Defeat Attacks. Light side enemies gain -15% Offence, -10% Tenacity and -10% Speed (Rebel enemies gain twice as much).
UNIQUE: Imperial ISB agent (Unlocks at Gear Level 4)
Agent Callus gain 5% Turn Meter whenever:
- An enemy attacks out of turn.
- A Rebel enemy attacks.
- An Imperial Trooper ally attacks.
Killed enemies cannot be revived if all of Agent Callus's allies are Imperial Troopers. While Callus is alive, all Imperial Trooper allies gain +15% Critical Avoidance.
