Apple gift card bonus

So I feel bad even putting this here but I’ve opened many a tickets and only got one response at 6 am that was “your rewards have been delivered” and they have not. My redeem button from the App Store is gone and my tickets seem to do nothing. Is there any way to either get ahold of customer service or has anyone else had this issue and knows of a resolution? I bought the 50 dollar apple gift card from target, it specifically said it had the bundle, I activated it and it gave me the option to redeem the bundle, took me to my swgoh app and nothing happened. Flash forward 30 reloads and tickets later and they say I have it but I don’t. Halp
