Apple Gift Card Issue

Hi so last Thursday(4/24/25) I redeemed the Apple gift card promo from Target I bought it online while the promo was anctive and redeemed it the same day. I am still waiting on rewards from it.

I have tried calling Apple and they say the gift card is redeemed on their end and shows nothing else they need to do. I have tried EA support but they keep running me in a loop. I’m lost on what to do and what steps to take next. Any advice I can get would be appreciated. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, also signing out of Game Center as well neither worked.
