Do people seriously think that posting a questionable thread title on a day known for being full of fake stuff is really fooling anyone? Maybe try doing it on a day not dedicated to tricking people. April Fool's Day is not a holiday and even if it were, the very name implies not to take anything on that day seriously. So at best it's a self defeating holiday.
