Can't claim character quest for 200 shards
Been doing the era units got a 80 pull on my 5 pulls I'm at 213 shards currently and can't claim the quest that req 200 shards.

Same here. This should probably be posted in the bug forum but there's probably no point. CG doesn't fix bugs unless its costing them money.
