Are Projecting Power datacrons working?

I have the level 9 reflect damage datacron on my SLKR, and I see no damage to enemies occurring at all. He’s got a ton of health and protection and is dying against toons that still have full health. Has anyone seen this actually appear to do anything?

    I’m actually wondering about that one too, I figured it just means something else in datacrons than as a conquest modifier.

    Yes it's working, you can see it working in the battles.

    It's just not a good datacron.
