For those people who couldn't log in during the temple guardian event, they'll be months behind everyone else. Not to mention TW, GA and raids being missed. EA needs to make good on this.

What do you mean "couldn't log in during the temple guardian event"? The marquee event is still open for two more days. If you can log in now, you can unlock Temple Guardian.
Except they've missed potentially 20-30 shards or more because they couldn't play for days. Those really add up for free to play players
