I just finished my last character in the arena store (CUP), and I am a about a day away from finishing my last character in the cantina store (ME). I have been finished with the GW store minus the occasional ship for quite some time.Is anyone else ready for some new toons to be dropped in these locations?

How about putting some dark side ships into GW, Arena, or Cantina? As in, one that can be bought consistently, instead of hoping one of the two Genosian ships shows up in GW.

This. They really need to put some new blood into GW, Arena or Cantina shop. Shard shop is fine for topping someone off - but with the way they pull characters at random time intervals and varying lengths of time, it's not really "farmable". More like "opportunity to hit the next star level" for most.
