Arena Payout Sniping
Fix arena payout sniping, it is not competitive or fun to be locked out of your payout despite being able to hold the position for the majority of the day uncontested.

That would create several snipe points throughout the day, and would eliminate the cost effectiveness of refreshing arena at payout time (which encourages sniping). So, maybe you get sniped a bit throughout the day. But, your overall performance is what's awarded.
So instead of dealing with 1 snipe point you want everyone at the top trying snipe every hour. Seems tof add more sniping not getting rid of it.
