If guy is in your timezone, and it is in ur hour, duh. You are the one in the wrong. Avoiding battle against guy in your timezone is best for both of you. He is just teaching you a lesson, which is apparently going over your head.
If he is not in ur zone, then beat him back and carry on. He will eventually learn which hour ur in. And that poking u in your hour is nonproductive.
If ur battling out of ur hour, u have to consider what is his payout. If it is before yours, u are the one potentially wasting the battles for both of you. Just chillax and don't battle except in your hour (or starting one hour earlier targetting people u know are already done). And use up your leftover battles at night.
If 5 guys in your timezone are all Immediately ahead of you, well good luck with that.
