My payout is squarely in the middle of my busiest time at work. So this all has no bearing on me. That said, I think the reason we can't contact non-guildies is to avoid taunting and trolling in game. Forums are more easily monitored. This whole thing has been enlightening, but that was a comment made by OP somewhere early on.
