Argument for bonus rewards based on damage

In our guild STR Tier 4 last for 6 days... P1 2 days, P2 1, P3 1, P4 2... Its so hard to choose a phase when u have phases that last for more than a day...
As the forever 1st damage dealer in my guild (60kk, aginst 20-25kk for the second) i can say its not the way it works (at least for us), cuz i try to do all the damage i can in the hardest phases to make it more easy for the rest...
I have invested only 3 Zs for arena teams (zaul time ago, and 2 palpa now), all others went to raid teams to try to carry my guild along the diferent raids, instead of moving into a biggest guild, and i fell i sould get better rewards for all those effort...
