Asajj and b1 battle droid boost question

With b1 battle droid constantly being defeated and reviving itself would this by any chance work with asajj and her power up skill? Probably not but I dont think it says anything that would contradict a combo working.

B1 cannot be defeated when it has stacks of Droid Battalion. Therefore it will not trigger effects like Asajj's Rampage, Grievous or Imperial Troopers.

I'm not sure about the last stacks. After reaching 0 it 'destroys' itself.

Edit: So the droid is really not defeated when it takes damage and therefore won't trigger the said effects.
