Again as i said in another thread About Asajj, She was nothing more than an Assassin, Unlike Savage, Savage was also trained under Darth Maul, Even tho there could only Be Two, Maul Considered Him & His Brother "The True Lords of the Sith". Asajj was never considered sith Just a Dark Jedi User, A Minion to Dooku at most even tho he did call her his apprentice, Ventress is just a body guard/assassin. Never truly trained as a sith. Savage was more trained as a Sith Because Maul passed Some knowledge to his Brother To become a Sith. So the rule of two was broken for a bit.
