Assault Battles - Resistance
So there is an assault battle for every major faction except resistance? Can we get this added or is it something that is coming? Why are they omitted from such an important game mode?

On top of that peoples irrational hate for Rose
I won’t speak to hate, but I strongly dislike this movie character, and I’ve quite logical reasons for it.
If people don’t like a character, they may not be inclined to farm that character in a game set within that universe, mechanical viability notwithstanding.
I just had to hone in on this particular comment because the *character* (not the actress) deserves every shred of criticism it gets
I figured someone might but was really hoping they wouldn't. Her character in the game is strong and always has been especially under JTR lead, but even more so now with her omicron paired with Zorii. Which just makes the bullheaded stubborn refusal to farm her all the more irrational. I'm not a fan of plenty of characters as they were portrayed in the movies, but appreciate the strategic value of their kits in the game.
Right, but this is a *character collection* game in the **star wars** universe.
If people don’t like a character, they’ll be less inclined to farm that character. I don’t consider that “stubborn, Bull-headed”, or “irrational”. I consider that good, common sense.
If mechanical viability is your priority, that’s perfectly fine. I’d be entirely disingenuous, however, if I tried to pretend your values in this game are more or less important than my own. When you tell other people they’re behaving or thinking poorly because they don’t share your values, you’re:
1) being entirely disingenuous and/or
2) failing to consider other perspectives
That's fine, we can agree to disagree on that. I really, very strongly disliked Kylo Ren in the movies. I thought he was the weakest and least compelling of any star wars villain to date - also bratty, whiney, and petulant. But you can bet I have SLKR, KRU, Kylo Ren, and Ben Solo all farmed, unlocked, and reliced appropriately. I personally think it would be silly to hobble my roster and negatively impact my success in the game just because I didn't like the character in the movies. As a guild leader it really gets under my skin when my guild members flat out refuse to farm characters because "they don't like them" in particular when it's in conflict with one of our stated goals. It's the whole reason why our guild is sitting on 16 Reva shards right now while other guilds of our size have already unlocked her. If our guild were less casual, I would kick those players, but it's not who we are as a group and being casual has other benefits.
If your only definition of "success" is having the characters that you liked in the movies or shows or other games - more power to you - play the game how you want. But in the context of contributing to your guild and maximizing your rewards and effectiveness in all game modes, it's an objectively poor and irrational choice to pass on Rey just because you don't like Rose's character in the movies. Again, it goes back to how you define "success" - and if your definition differs from mine, that's ok. I get it - you have a different criteria for what makes your farming list.
That's not me being disingenuous - nor is it failing to consider another perspective - that's me being 100% honest.
But this is why I didn't want to go down this road - this is all completely tangential to the purpose of the thread.
How would you feel about a resistance assault battle being added to the game?
