Assault Battle events are geared towards end-game players to give them a challenge, they're not meant to be completed before then. Tier 1 description says "lvl 75 gear 8". Tier one should be doable by non-end game players. We all understand the higher tiers is for end game players. My complaint is that the tiers difficulty does not match the description in the details of the event.
