Once upon a time, chat gave notifications about R7. Then R8. Then R9. The chat tells you if someone in the guild raised a character to max relic level, which is now R10.
If you were relying on that chat notification to keep track of ROTE platoon R9s, then I'm impressed with your patience for the in-game chat system, because it's awful. Spamming the chat with "X raised A toon to gear 9" may have been noteworthy in 2016, now it's just spam. I wish the chat gave fewer notifications. As is, it's useless for actually talking, which I would have assumed would be the primary function of in-game chat.
Can't you guys have guildmates notify a guild officer on Discord when someone builds an R9 for platoons?
