Yeah, but if you're that new of a player you're probably not ready anyway. I know YOU are, but the question becomes at what point "should" someone be able to get a character? Obviously someone who has played for two weeks shouldn't be ready, and someone who has played for two years should. But where's that cutoff point where someone shouldn't reasonably expect to unlock a Legendary because they're simply not yet ready?
