If I wanted to make a truly wild guess, Omega could be Rey's mother. The age checks out (I think), they don't look disimilar from the few shots of Rey's mom that we see in TROS, and we know very little about Rey's mother.

Or maybe she'll be a standalone character who makes a reappearance in the Mandalorian/Book of Boba Fett/Ahsoka. Possibly something of a similar role as Ahsoka had in Rebels.
