Seriously, why? Why did CG have to nerf her? She's been out for quite a long time now, over 2 years. And NOW she gets nerfed? When she was part of the most meta team it was fine to be 'bugged' presuma...

If a unit is immune to Fear you will now land no debuff with her Special at all regardless of being targeted or not. With more and more units becoming immune to Fear her viability in such battles will decrease even more. CG knows how to make your prior meta toons worthless in the world of GLs.
