They want you to pay $40 to level all your toons to 7 star relic 7. That is pack 1. Now you’ve fulfilled the requirements to qualify for pack 2 which is $40 to go from relic 7 to relic 8. It’s shady as all get out and a rip off. But they did not bait and switch. There is probably a pack 3 for $40 to go from relic 8 to relic 9 as well, but no one has confirmed this yet. Yes, MEGA RIP OFF, and shady marketing.
