But it is what it is. you aren't banned from playing the game, only that account was banned. You're free to start over and develop great squads and great toons on your own.

What is worse…the excuse by the OP or CG taking one and a half years to ban this cheater? Glad to see CG finally putting effort into enforcing their TOS and clean up their game. Long…long time coming!!

The telegram message was fine

It alleviated confusion if someone saw they were banned

and directed people on how to get it resolved

Hello! My only real issue with the post is that the translation I got seemed to suggest only GAC and Arenas, but that's definitely not the case. A lot of recent cheaters have been caught through other methods like raid scores and character unlocks. And it seems that CG is cracking down on other stuff as well.

As Ultra said, pointing people in the right direction in case of a wrongful ban is very good and much appreciated. Definitely no problem in trying to assist your fellow players in that case!

Doubtful in what way?

Maybe it’s accounts that have cheated in multiple pve modes, and so it is doubtful as to the offence in which mode got them banned?
