banned due to a hacker

this message is addressed to @ultra since from what I understand it can provide information regarding bans and bans. Hello before contacting you I tried to contact CG_LucifersDaddy but I learned two weeks later that he cannot answer since he is no longer there so I am sending you a message because it has been 2 weeks since my access to Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is prohibited so you should know that I have never cheated in my entire life and according to an email from EA support a certain blackdude001 hacked my account he is surely the person responsible for all the mess that was done to my account I would like to recover my account because I have been playing this game since its release in 2015 I have invested a lot of time and money in it I would also like to avoid being the victim of an injustice j 've always been a good player, fair play, thank you very much

    Nobody asking for bank account info on here.

    But if you do have proof CG acknowledged your account got hacked do share.

    I can see from your profile that you only got guild tokens for like 71 days worth of continuous play with full 600 hours tickets, so that’s no old account.

    I can tell you that I stopped this game because I kept breaking the bank to make purchases so yes indeed to stop spending all my money on the game I prefer to stop for a long time

    and so I repeat I restarted the game not long ago it is entirely possible that the person who had my account at that time decided to join a guild and did something stupid

    Bro. Bottom line is that the account cheated in, probably several, game modes. Other players lost out because of what someone did with that account. Therefore that account should be banned, unequivocally and permanently.

    when I started the game again I had no memory of what I had done or what I was able to do or the characters I had in fact I didn't even understand all the penalties and bonuses that there were before there weren't as many in 2015 when I played Star Wars there didn't yet exist the events to obtain unique characters I picked up the game without any memory of how it worked
