All this in depth analysis goes out the window since it's A.I. your fighting. What really matters is how actual people use her.
Barriss as A.I. sure, the whole team makes mistakes, but barriss in a manually controlled lineup is deadly. All the strategy that comes into play to take her out is of course do-able, but often takes me to near the time limit, but yeah if you have her on your side, you're mostly going to steamroll till you just run into an obviously better team - she makes the game 10x easier, plain and simple.
I'm not on any bandwagon to say nerf this or that...I'm just here to say, she is REALLY good at her job. She Can win you matches you have no business winning
