Barriss Offee is NOT broken or OP and here's why...

Don't forget that Barris "heal" can even harm a debuffed toon. Let's say 4 toons have 1% health and the one with the debuff immune to heal has 100%. After Barris health, all 5 toons will have 21%, and then the actual heal will take place but due to debuff the affected toon will not be healed. So the unit with the debuff will drop from 100% health to 21% after Barris action.
